Johnnie Radio Network

The Only Networked Radio Broadcast in All of Division III Athletics

If you are unable to experience Saint John’s basketball, football or hockey in person, you can follow the Johnnies on the Johnnie radio network and flagship station, The Bear (WBHR) 660 AM and 95.7 FM.

Saint John’s University and Tri-County Broadcasting of Sauk Rapids, Minn., parent company of The Bear, claim the only networked football radio broadcasts in all of NCAA Division III athletics. With KDIZ 1570 AM out of the Twin Cities, Johnnie football games can be heard nearly border-to-border in Minnesota and into parts of western Wisconsin, northern Iowa, and eastern parts of North and South Dakota.

As the weather turns colder, tune into The Bear for all SJU basketball games and a majority of Johnnie hockey games throughout the winter.
