COLLEGEVILLE, Minn. – Winter Storm Walda left its mark on all four Saint John's spring-sport schedules for this weekend.

The SJU baseball team's doubleheader against St. Thomas scheduled for 2:30 p.m. Friday, April 12, has been postponed and moved to 1 p.m. Sunday, April 14. The Johnnies are scheduled to host Saint Mary's for a 1 p.m. doubleheader Saturday, April 13. The Diamond Dash 5k Walk/Run and other festivities scheduled for Saturday have been moved to Saturday, April 27.

Both of this weekend's SJU track and field meets have been canceled. The Johnnies were scheduled to host a quadrangular against Concordia-Moorhead, Hamline and St. Scholastica April 13 and a two-day decathlon April 13-14 in Collegeville.

The SJU tennis team has moved both of its outdoor matches indoors to Fitness Evolution in Sartell this weekend. The Johnnies return to MIAC play against St. Olaf at 11:30 a.m. Saturday, followed by a 6 p.m. match Sunday versus Saint Mary's.

SJU golf's dual with Gustavus Adolphus scheduled for Saturday, April 13, at Bear Path Country Club in Eden Prairie was canceled due to the area's late start to spring.
