COLLEGEVILLE, Minn. – The Saint John's University basketball team made its 17th international trip, an eight-night (nine-day) excursion, to Germany May 13-21.

The travel party consisted of head coach Pat McKenzie, 18 student-athletes, two student managers, two assistant coaches (Connor O'Brien and Jerry Fogarty) and 20 family/friends. The group spent three days in Switzerland and four days in Italy before departing for Germany for the trip's final four days.

The Johnnies played three games against local town teams during the trip:
-May 16 vs. Sam Basket Massagno (Cadempino, Switzerland)
-May 17 vs. Associazione Lissone Pallacanestro (Lissone, Italy)
-May 19 vs. MSTV Schwabing (Munich, Germany)
