CANTON, N.Y. – Saint John's junior Thomas Feichtinger (Omaha, Neb./Mount Michael Benedictine) ended his season with a 14th-place finish out of 20 runners in the 1,500-meter prelims on Thursday, May 21, at the NCAA Division III Outdoor Track & Field Championships on the campus of St. Lawrence University in Canton, N.Y.

Feichtinger took eighth with a time of 3:55.73, nearly seven seconds from his school-record time of 3:48.86 set May 15, in the first heat to claim 14th overall. The top 12 times advanced to Saturday's final. Feichtinger was 0:00.34 behind the cut (12th place).
