COLLEGEVILLE, Minn. – Saint John's won its annual four-team Fall Finale on Friday, Nov. 6, in Collegeville.

SJU, which is ranked No. 33 nationally, won the 8k race with 15 points, followed by Bethel (76), Martin Luther (85) and Hamline (88).

The Johnnies' top 7-10 runners did not compete in order to rest for the NCAA Central Regional next Saturday, Nov. 14. The race is scheduled for noon on the campus of Central College in Pella, Iowa.

Senior Andrew Hansen (Eden Prairie, Minn.) led the Johnnies in ninth out of 80 runners, first among Division III competitors, with a time of 26:59. He led a seven-man contingent that crossed the finish line in ninth through 15th. 

Junior Sam Friesen (Excelsior, Minn./Minnetonka) followed close behind in 10th (27:02) and sophomore Keegan Conrad (Chandler, Ariz./Hamilton) finished 11th (27:05).
